Dominguez and Alvira is a company that provides consulting and support through knowledge management, communication strategies, and legal advice so that our clients can make informed, conscious, and assertive decisions for the best development of their businesses and interests. Likewise, based on applied academic diplomacy, D&A supports management and business growth projects that allow for achieving goals of bilateral and multilateral interest, reflected in the compliance with Government goals for different countries, through the relationship between academia and industrial sectors.

Experience

Founded in 2016 by César Augusto Domínguez-Ardila. In these seven years, D&A has gathered the experience of its members who have worked and participated in significant projects in Colombia in the Presidency of the Republic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Congress of the Republic, the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the National Hydrocarbon Agency, UN-UNDP, the Ministry of the Environment, the Superior Council of the Judiciary and the Constitutional Court, among others.

In energy and mining sector, the founder has experience in regulatory affairs, community engagement, and dialogue with political authorities. This experience is crucial for resolving disputes and managing social plans for achieving energy self-sufficiency.

Within the same sector, César Augusto Dmínguez-Ardila, while serving as a member of the diplomatic corps accredited in the United Arab Emirates, took part in IRENA (International Renewable Energy Agency) sessions. These sessions focused on discussions of public policies related to decarbonization, energy transition, sustainability models, and energy autonomy. During this time, he supported the Colombian government delegations participating in these sessions.
